If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of shipping. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

  • You will be sent a prepaid shipping label when returning products
  • If requesting a refund, only the product cost will be refunded (not the original shipping cost)
  • If exchanging, you will be charged the shipping cost of sending the replacement products out
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return
  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided
  4. Once we have received your returned product and verified its condition, we will process your refund, replacement product, or store credit
